Lisa’s passion is helping people reach their full potential. Everyday life can sometimes be unpredictable. There are times filled with joy and happiness as well as struggles, conflicts, and pain. We can encounter challenges such as relationship issues, illness, parenting difficulties, caring for our aging parents, and stressors at home or at work, that can all interfere with your well being and can leave you feeling confused, anxious, angry, depressed and more. Lisa is dedicated to helping clients work through personal challenging situations. She draws on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client to encourage and support healthy growth in all stages of their lives.
