Shoreline Wellness Center (SWC) is a multi-specialty behavioral health group practice and clinic located in West Haven, CT. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
SWC offers individual, group, marriage & couples, and family counseling — as well as medication management services — within a compassionate, collaborative environment built for lasting change.
Shoreline Wellness Behavioral Health Outreach (SWBHO), dba as Shoreline Wellness Behavioral Health Clinic, Inc., is a federally approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Individual Counseling
One-on-One Support
Personalized therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. We work with you to address anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more in a confidential, supportive space.
Group Counseling
Shared Healing, Collective Growth
Structured therapeutic groups that harness the power of shared experience. Group settings provide connection, perspective, and a sense of belonging that accelerates individual growth.
Marriage & Couples Therapy
Rebuilding Connection
Specialized counseling for couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, intimacy, and major life transitions. We help partners build a stronger, more intentional relationship.
Family Counseling
Healing the Whole System
Family therapy that addresses relational dynamics, communication patterns, and systemic conflict. We work with the entire family unit to foster understanding and restore harmony.
Medication Management
Integrated Psychiatric Care
Comprehensive medication management services provided by qualified clinicians, designed to work in coordination with therapy for a holistic, fully integrated approach to mental health.

Shoreline is proud to be a collaborative learning site, offering graduate student internships and placements with many of Connecticut's leading colleges and universities. We are always open to new academic partnerships.

We Accept Most Plans.
We accept most commercial insurance plans as well as Medicaid and Medicare. Coverage should never be a barrier to care.

Sliding Fee Scale.
If you are uninsured, don't worry — no one is turned away for inability to pay. A discounted sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income.
